Qualifications

• ARRT MR certification required.
• ARMRIT certification preferred.
• ARRT R cross-training in MRI advantageous.
• BLS certification for healthcare providers.
• IV competency within 30 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Verify patient identity, review orders, and prepare patients for MRI examinations.
• Perform MRI examinations per department protocols with emphasis on safety, comfort and quality.
• Operate MRI equipment and information systems with accurate patient documentation.
• Follow MRI safety guidelines, infection prevention, and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with radiologists, providers, and support staff to deliver excellent patient care.
• Mentor students and team members as needed.
