MRI Technologist Full-time Days / Marlton

Join Virtua Health as an MRI Technologist in Marlton. We are seeking a dedicated professional to perform MRI procedures in accordance with established protocols and standards.

Position Details

• Location: Marlton - Rt 73 and Brick Road
• Employment Type: Full-time, Employee, Regular, 1st Shift
• Hours: 40 hours/week

Responsibilities

1. Perform high-quality MRI studies following radiologist protocols.
2. Operate MRI equipment safely, adhering to safety guidelines.
3. Verify patient identity and order accuracy before procedures.
4. Screen patients for safety and appropriateness of MRI procedures.
5. Provide excellent customer service, communicating effectively with patients and staff.
6. Complete patient assessment forms and administer contrast media as needed, demonstrating competence in venipuncture.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technology program.
• Certification as ARMRIT or CAMRT as a Registered MR Technologist, or ARRT registration with six months supervised MR experience, or related degree with additional imaging modality certification and six months supervised MR experience.
• Previous MRI experience preferred.
• MRI board certification is a plus.
