Job description

Join Our Team as an MRI Technologist - Frankfort

Indiana University Health is seeking a dedicated MRI Technologist to join our team in Frankfort. This part-time position offers a schedule of 3-8 hour shifts per week, from 7:30 am to 4:00 pm, on a rotating 3-week schedule. Sign-on bonus available for qualified candidates.

Position Overview

The role involves ensuring MRI safety, preparing patients, obtaining IV access, administering contrast, performing routine QC, collaborating with medical staff, and assisting with minimally invasive procedures.

Qualifications
  • 0-3 years of relevant experience preferred
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification through the American Heart Association (AHA) required
  • Knowledge of MRI safety and protocols
  • Advanced certification through ARRT (RT(MR)) or ARMRIT (RMRIT) within 12 months of hire
  • Ability to maneuver equipment and adapt patient positioning as needed
Additional Information

Must be able to meet state licensing requirements and possess MRI experience preferred. Indiana State Department of Health (ISDH) licensing may be required.
