Job summary

HCA HealthONE Swedish in the Denver metro area is seeking an enthusiastic MRI Technologist to join our imaging team. You will position and prepare patients for MRI exams, perform scanning, monitor patient comfort, and document studies accurately.

The role requires ARRT MR registration, BLS, and a radiologic technology degree; one year MRI experience preferred. We offer comprehensive benefits and a supportive work environment with opportunities for professional development.

Qualifications

• ARRT MR registry is required.
• BLS verification is required.
• Current registry with the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists is required.
• Graduate of an accredited school of Radiologic Technology.
• ARRT-MR or ARMRIT certification is required or preferred.

Responsibilities

• Position and prepare patients for MRI exams according to the procedure.
• Perform MRI procedures and monitor patients throughout and respond to needs as appropriate.
• Complete documentation for each study performed.
• Use professional discernment and critical thinking when performing procedures.
• Participate in orientation and training of new staff and teach students during clinical rotations.
