Job summary

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Radiology Technology program or equivalent.
• 1 year of hospital/clinical imaging experience preferred.
• Basic computer experience required.
• MRI certification within 1 year of hire (ARRT or ARMRIT).
• New Mexico state licensure required if applicable.
• BLS certification required.

Responsibilities

• Maintains confidentiality and adheres to policies and standards of care.
• Adapts imaging practices to diverse patient needs and safety requirements.
• Ensures exams are properly scanned and stored in PACS; follows downtime procedures.
• Troubleshoots equipment issues and reports to supervisors.
• Performs examinations to support patient throughput within licensure and competencies.
• Works multiple shifts and at other campuses as needed.
