The incumbent will review exam requests, apply a broad range of skills, ensure timely exams meet quality standards, and uphold safety protocols for MRI screening across patients and staff.

• MRI procedures performed per department policies to ensure best patient care.
• Reviews radiology exam requests and patient identification for safe, appropriate imaging.
• Provides MRI screening per safety standards for patients, staff, and self.

Responsibilities

• Reviews radiology exam requests and patient identification to ensure safe, appropriate and cost effective imaging.
• Applies broad range of skills to ensure exam is completed timely and meets quality and compliance standards.
• Provides MRI screening according to prescribed safety standards.
• Assists in the orientation and training of new staff.
