Job summary

The Trinity MRI Technologist provides Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI) services as ordered. All MRI positions are considered multimodality, and may perform X-ray and clerical functions as needed.

All positions will rotate to x-ray within other modalities as needed. Responsible for the delivery of patient care through the process of assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation as appropriate to the ages of the patients served, based on the area of clinical practice.

Qualifications

• >> Graduate of an approved radiology technology program.
• << BLS within 45 days of hire.
• << ARRT Radiologic Technologist (R) registration required.
• << NYS license in Radiologic Technology required.
• << Injection certification within 60 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Provide MRI services as ordered.
• May perform X-ray and clerical functions as needed.
• Rotate to other modalities as needed and deliver patient care through assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation according to patient age and clinical practice.
