Job summary

Radiology Partners in Tennessee is seeking an MRI Technologist to manage protocols and maintain quality control for MRI scanners. The ideal candidate will be a graduate of an accredited radiological technology program, with ARRT or ARMRIT certification, and current BLS certification. Responsibilities include ensuring a safe MR environment and performing intravenous injections. Qualifications

• Graduate of a recognized, approved AMACouncil of Education program in radiological technology.
• Certification by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) or the American Registry of Magnetic Resonance Imaging Technologists (ARMRIT).
• Current BLS certification.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for maintaining protocols directed by the MRI Coordinator/Lead(s).
• Performs and maintains daily check‑ups and quality control on MRI scanners.
• Maintains a safe MR environment including proper screening of all persons entering the MRI suite.
