Mount Sinai Health System seeks an experienced MRI Technologist to operate MRI equipment and produce clinically diagnostic images under physician direction. You will perform MRI studies, prepare patients, and ensure imaging quality following established procedures.

Responsibilities include patient safety, precise positioning, accurate labeling, and timely transmission to IDX/PACS. A strong background in MR physics, anatomy, and infection control is required, along with NY licensure and ARRT MRI

Qualifications

• Graduate of an AMA/J.C.E.R.T. approved program in Radiologic Technology.
• Strong background in cross sectional anatomy, physical sciences and M.R. physics.
• New York State License (L.R.T.).
• American Registry of Radiologic Technologists. (MRI certified)
• CPR certification

Responsabilités

• Operates and performs MRI imaging procedures.
• Prepares and positions patients for MRI studies.
• Ensures image labeling and timely transmission to PACS/IDX.
• Maintains MRI safety and infection control protocols.
• Assists physicians and supports clinical workflow.
