Job summary

Sturdy Memorial Hospital in Attleboro, MA, is seeking an MRI Technologist to perform MRI procedures under the supervision of the Lead MRI Technologist. You will ensure patient safety and comfort while acquiring diagnostic images, adhering to policies, and maintaining equipment.

Requirements include ARRT certification in Radiologic Technology and MRI Technology, graduation from an approved Radiologic Technology program, and at least one year of MRI experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum one year of MRI experience.
• Excellent communication, customer service and organizational skills.
• Working knowledge of cross-sectional anatomy or willingness to continue formal education in this category.

Responsibilities

• Perform MRI procedures to assist physicians in diagnosis and treatment.
• Ensure care and safety of patients undergoing MRI procedures.
• Operate and maintain MRI equipment following policies and procedures.
• Complete orientation/training as required (1–3 months).
