Job summary

Providence St Vincent Medical Center is seeking an MRI Technologist for its Portland, OR campus. The role is full-time with an evening shift and includes a $6,000 sign-on bonus for eligible external candidates who meet all conditions for payment.

You will perform MRI examinations according to physician orders, tailoring imaging to patient needs and ensuring high-quality, safe results within a collaborative care environment.

Qualifications

• Certification/licensure required for MRI practice.
• Oregon MRI license or temporary license on hire.
• New grads must obtain OBMI temporary license and permanent license within 6 months.
• Current BLS certification by American Heart Association on hire.

Responsibilities

• Performs Magnetic Resonance examinations per physician orders.
• Considers patient-specific needs to optimize imaging quality.
• Maintains patient safety and comfort during MRI procedures.
