Job summary

Qualifications

• Must exhibit excellent communication skills due to frequent verbal and written interactions with physicians, patients, visitors, and staff.

• Must be detail-oriented and able to multitask throughout the shift.
• Must prioritize responsibilities and follow hospital policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Operate MRI procedures and position patients for exams.
• Ensure patient identification and safety throughout imaging processes.
• Review images for quality and accuracy; process and deliver studies to PACS.
• Communicate clearly with patients to minimize anxiety using AIDET principles.
• Maintain equipment, report malfunctions, and follow infection control policies.
