Job summary

Live Well Homecare is seeking an MRI Technologist to perform diagnostic imaging procedures, including MRI and other advanced modalities, on adult and pediatric patients. The role involves preparing patients and equipment, conducting studies independently, and responding to on-call and portable exam requests.

The position requires an associate degree or trade school certification, CPR and IV therapy certifications are preferred, and licenses including RTR/CT/MR are advantageous.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or trade school certification required.
• No experience required; 2+ years preferred.
• Licenses & certifications such as RTR, CT, MR, M, BD, CI, VI, RCIS, RCES; IEMA for Illinois (excluding MRI).
• CPR and IV therapy certifications are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform imaging procedures with accuracy and efficiency.
• Ensure patient safety and comfort during procedures.
• Maintaining equipment and quality control standards.
• Cross-training in MRI if registered as RT(R).
