Job summary

Baptist Beaches Imaging Department in Jacksonville Beach, FL is seeking an MRI Technologist for a full-time daytime schedule (Mon-Thu, 7:00am–5:30pm). You will perform MRI exams, prepare patients, and collaborate with radiologists to deliver accurate diagnostic results.

The role emphasizes patient comfort, safety, and adherence to education requirements and regulatory standards. ARMRIT/ARRT credentials and BLS are required or targeted within 18 months.

Qualifications

• MRI Technologist experience preferred.
• Experience in a hospital setting preferred.
• ARMRIT/ARRT MR credentials required or in process within 18 months.
• BLS certification required.

Responsibilities

• Performing high-quality MRI procedures.
• Promoting goodwill among coworkers and patients, maintaining a positive demeanor.
• Maintain compliance with mandatory education and health requirements.
• Taking precautions to protect self, patient, and others from the magnetic field.
• Identifying, preparing, administering, and documenting medications as prescribed.
