SOUTHEAST NEUROSCIENCE CENTER, LLC is seeking an MRI Technologist to perform routine to complex MR procedures and produce images for interpretation by licensed practitioners. You will ensure patient safety and contribute to a high-quality imaging environment.

Responsibilities include following ALARA, documenting orders, and educating patients and staff, while maintaining accuracy in recordkeeping and image quality. This role supports the imaging center team and quality assurance activities.

Formación

• Must have knowledge of routine to complex MRI procedures and protocols.
• Proficient in operation of MRI equipment and related ancillary equipment.
• Ability to work independently and multitask in a clinical setting.
• Accurate and concise documentation skills.
• Solid understanding of cross-sectional anatomy, physiology, pathology, radiopharmacology, and medical terminology.
• Proficient with computers, information systems, and data retrieval.

Responsabilidades

• Perform routine to complex MR procedures and produce diagnostic images.
• Ensure safety and ALARA principles during imaging.
• Relate clinical history to imaging procedures and document in patient records.
• Perform venipuncture and manage IV access as needed.
• Evaluate image quality and maintain accurate patient identifiers.
• Provide education to patients, students, and other healthcare staff.
