Job summary

Qualifications

• Completion of an accredited educational program in Radiological Science.
• Must be registered with ARRT or registry-eligible.
• Advanced MR certification within one year of employment.
• Maintain current HCP BLS.
• Prior education and training for the tasks.

Responsibilities

• Identify patients, document history, ensure safety and understanding.
• Operate MRI scanners and administer MRI contrast as required.
• Administer IV contrast following safe procedures and check eligibility.
• Transfer and verify images to PACS and EMR, ensure accurate charges.
• Support workflow, precept new staff and students.
