Job summary

Olmsted Medical Group in Rochester, MN is seeking a Radiological Technologist to perform diagnostic imaging procedures. Successful candidates will be graduates from an accredited program and licensed by the ARRT with a focus on MRI.

Primary responsibilities include identifying patients, ensuring safety protocols, and performing quality control measures. The role requires flexibility and a good understanding of patient care.

The starting pay ranges from $38.26 to $57.38, based on experience, alongside a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Radiological Technologist Program required.
• Licensed by the ARRT and in good standing with CE’s.
• Registered by the ARRT in MRI.
• 50% of shifts need to be in MRI.
• Prior experience preferred.
• Flexibility to work overtime as needed.
• Displays a good understanding of age-related developmental issues.
• BLS certification.

Responsibilities

• Identifies each patient and reviews each patient’s requisition.
• Records pertinent data on radiological requisition at all times.
• Ensures the safety of everyone entering the strong magnetic field.
• Reviews patient history and assists the radiologist.
• Daily QC requirements and documentation.
• Assesses patient condition and ensures patient safety.
