Qualifications

• ARRT certification in radiologic technology or equivalent; state licensure as applicable.
• MRI certification within 18 months of hire.
• BLS certification required.

Responsibilities

• Perform prescribed MRI procedures following orders and policy.
• Educate patients about procedures and prepare them for scanning.
• Produce high-quality images and document findings for interpretation.
• Troubleshoot equipment and ensure safety of staff and patients.
• Maintain equipment quality control and performance checks.
• Protect patient confidentiality and adhere to ethical standards.
• Ensure smooth workflow and inventory for uninterrupted service.
• Collaborate with radiology team and external partners.
