Responsibilities

• Performs diagnostic imaging and related procedures to demonstrate anatomy and/or physiology for interpretation and/or intervention.
• Exercising professional judgment in performance of services and maintains a demeanor aligned with quality care.
• Delivers appropriate care while recognizing patient conditions and ensuring successful completion of procedures.
• Adheres to safety regulations and Orlando Health mission statements.
• Assesses patient condition and age-specific needs; positions patient and equipment to achieve high-quality images.
• Applies MRI safety principles and participates in Quality Control tasks.
• Assists in supervising students and training new technologists.
• Utilizes radiology computer systems and ensures safety of customers.
• Maintains attendance consistent with policies.
