Job summary

Nebraska Methodist Health System in Omaha is seeking a qualified MRI Technologist to perform diagnostic MRI applications and assist with image acquisition.

You will follow safety protocols, maintain equipment and EMR/RIS documentation, and participate in on-call rotations. Eligible candidates have ARRT MR and RT certifications and AMA-approved Radiologic Technology training; BLS is preferred and required within 3 months of hire.

Qualifications

• Graduate from AMA accredited Radiologic Technology program.
• ARRT RT radiography and MR MRI certification required.
• BLS certification preferred; required within 3 months of hire.
• MRI experience and ability to venipuncture for contrast are desirable.

Responsibilities

• Perform and assist with diagnostic MRI applications.
• Ensure image quality and safety, following protocols.
• Maintain EMR/RIS documentation and logs.
• On-call availability and timely response to exams.
