Job summary

Raleigh Radiology is seeking an ARRT (MR) registered MRI technologist to join our team at the Knightdale Imaging Center. Responsibilities include performing MRI studies for outpatients, coordinating patient care, and maintaining professional standards.

The technologist will engage with patients, assess their condition, and document relevant information, under the direction of the radiologist and MRI leadership.

Qualifications

• Education: Graduate of an accredited school of Radiologic Technology or commensurate experience with ARRT registration.
• Experience: Previous experience in a busy office or hospital is preferred.
• Certification: AHA BLS certification required or to be obtained within 90 days; ARRT RT(R) and MRI RT(R)(ARRT) preferred upon hire.
• Licensure: Valid Driver's License.
• Desirable skills: MR proficiency, independence, sound decision-making, and professionalism.

• Perform MRI studies for outpatients.
• Coordinate patient care and document relevant information.
• Follow established protocols, policies, and procedures.
• Work under the direction of the radiologist and MRI leadership.
