Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of Radiologic Technology.
• Minimum ARRT registration.
• CPR and BLS certifications required.
• Two years MR experience; advanced MR certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provides quality care to patients undergoing diagnostic and interventional radiology procedures.
• Communicates patient needs and responses through verbal and written notes.
• Ensures complete and accurate documentation for patient care.
• Operates imaging and specialty equipment and stays current on device uses.
• Prepares patients for procedures and assists with education of patients and families.
• Completes procedures in the Radiology Information System for billing and reporting.
