Job summary

The Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center is seeking an MRI Technologist to perform magnetic resonance imaging exams for diagnosis and treatment. The role includes patient education and quality-assurance tasks within the Imaging division, under the direction of the Imaging Supervisor/Manager.

Eligible candidates will hold a current Radiography license and ARRT (R); an advanced MRI registry is preferred and MR-only ARRT (MR) certification is acceptable.

Qualifications

• Current Radiography license.
• ARRT (R) certification.
• Advanced MRI registry preferred.
• Current Radiography ODH license or MR‑only ARRT (MR) certification.
• MRI Technologist experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform MRI exams for diagnosis and treatment of disease or injury.
• Provide patient education related to MRI procedures.
• Conduct quality assessment activities for the division.
• Work under the supervision of Imaging Supervisor/Manager.
