Northside Hospital is seeking an MRI technologist to operate MRI equipment and produce tomographic films for a wide age range in an outpatient setting. The role requires completion of an accredited radiologic technology program and BLS certification, with ARRT (MR) or ARMRIT (MR) preferred.

Experience in diagnostic radiology or MR registry is acceptable in lieu of RT, with a strong emphasis on patient safety and image quality in a busy hospital environment in the Atlanta area.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technology program.
• RT with one year of diagnostic radiology experience or ARMRIT/ARRT MR registry in lieu of RT.
• American Heart Association Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
• Preferred ARRT (MR) or ARMRIT (MR) registration.
• MRI experience is preferred.

Responsabilités

• Operate Magnetic Resonance Imaging equipment to produce tomographic films for neonate, pediatric, adolescent, adult and geriatric patients in an outpatient setting.
