Qualifications

• Current ARRT (MRI) registration or equivalent certification.
• Experience operating and troubleshooting MRI equipment.
• In-depth understanding of MRI safety procedures and protocols.
• Strong communication with patients and clinical staff.
• Ability to adapt quickly to new MRI systems.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and position patients for MRI procedures according to established protocols.
• Operate MRI scanners, manage imaging software, and monitor image quality.
• Review patient medical histories and confirm procedure orders for accuracy and safety.
• Communicate clearly with patients to ensure understanding of procedures and alleviate anxiety.
• Maintain accurate records and patient data in compliance with healthcare regulations.
• Collaborate with radiologists and referring clinicians to provide timely imaging services.
• Participate in regular equipment maintenance and safety checks.
