Job summary

Concord Hospital is seeking an MRI Technologist to perform imaging procedures under the supervision of the Chief MRI Technologist, Director of Radiology, and manager. The role follows professional standards and regulatory requirements.

A graduate from an accredited radiologic technology program is required, with ARRT/ARMRIT registration and NH licensure. BLS certification and preferred experience in radiology are expected.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited Radiologic Technology program.
• ARRT or ARMRIT registration is required.
• Current BLS certification is required.
• NH licensure as Radiologic/Medical Imaging professional is required.
• One year Radiologic Technologist experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Performs MRI diagnostic or therapeutic procedures within scope and departmental standards.
• Assesses patient information, prepares and educates patient for procedures and expectations.
• Completes documentation of patient care and procedure.
• Operates hospital information systems and MRI equipment.
• Maintains department policies, safety protocols and quality standards.
• Participates in department meetings and improvement initiatives.
