Job summary

Northside Hospital seeks a Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI) Technologist to produce tomographic films for patients across neonate to geriatric groups in an outpatient setting. The candidate should be a Graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technology program and hold RT certification with MR registry, or ARMRIT/ARRT MR registry in lieu of RT.

BLS certification is required. Preferred candidates include MR certification by ARRT or ARMRIT and at least 1 year of MRI training and experience.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of Radiologic Technology or Accredited Magnetic Resonance Imaging Program.
• Registered Radiologic Technologist (RT) with one year of experience in diagnostic radiology or ARMRIT (MR) registry or ARRT (MR) only registry in lieu of ARRT (RT).
• Must hold American Heart Association Basic Life Support (BLS).

Responsibilities

• Operate Magnetic Resonance Imaging equipment to produce tomographic films for neonate to geriatric patients in outpatient settings.
