Qualifications
- Current Associate’s Degree or Graduate of a Program in Discipline required.
- ARRT Certified; MRI board certification preferred.
- Kentucky State Radiation Operators License required.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
Responsibilities
- Perform magnetic resonance imaging in accordance with standards.
- Review patient history and physician's orders.
- Educate patient on procedures and equipment.
- Prepare and administer contrast media as needed.
- Monitor patient condition and report changes.
- Select exposure factors and perform imaging procedures.
