Job summary

MUSC Health Florence Medical Center seeks an MRI Technologist to perform MRI procedures under the supervision of Radiologists. You will ensure patient safety and comfort, operate state-of-the-art MRI equipment and comply with ARRT standards.

Required qualifications include ARRT MRI certification and CPR, with 3-5 years MRI experience preferred. Training may be provided for licensed RT; schedules are Monday-Thursday on 2nd shift (4 ten-hour days).

Qualifications

• Graduate of ARRT approved program.
• Graduate of MRI program.
• 3-5 years MRI experience preferred.
• CPR certification required.

Responsibilities

• Perform MRI procedures under Radiologist and Radiology Director guidance.
• Ensure patient safety and comfort during MRI exams.
• Operate and monitor MRI equipment according to protocols.
• Collaborate with physicians, technologists and staff.
