Job summary

Park Nicollet Methodist Hospital is seeking an MRI Technologist to join the Radiology team. The role involves performing high-quality MRI scans, ensuring patient safety and comfort, and training others on MRI equipment and protocols. Strong teamwork and knowledge of EMR/PACS are required.

ARRT MR certification and OBLS within 6 months are expected. The position is primarily 2nd shift, with potential holiday, call, and weekend work.

Qualifications

• ARRT registry required and must be maintained.
• Advanced Registry in Magnetic Resonance required within 12 months after first shift working solo within modality.
• Must obtain BLS within 6 months and continuously maintain.

Responsibilities

• Performs high quality and accurate diagnostic MRI according to protocols.
• Interacts with patients, clinicians, and staff in a professional manner.
• Educates and trains others on MRI equipment, procedures, image quality, and exposure techniques.
