Job summary

Soliant is seeking an experienced MRI Technologist for a 13-week contract in Connecticut. The role involves 4x10‑hour daytime shifts, performing MRI exams with Siemens equipment and delivering high‑quality images for diagnostic interpretation.

You must be ARRT‑MRI certified, RT licensed with CT eligibility in CT, and skilled in patient positioning, contrast administration, and safety. Collaboration with radiologists and staff ensures efficient workflow and patient care while meeting regulatory

Qualifications

• Registered MRI Technologist with current ARRT (MRI) certification.
• Licensed Radiologic Technologist with eligibility to push contrast in Connecticut.
• Proficiency with Siemens MRI equipment.
• Strong clinical MRI imaging skills including patient positioning and quality assurance.
• Ability to follow department policies and maintain a safe work environment.

Responsibilities

• Independently perform MRI examinations using Siemens technology, providing high-quality images for diagnostic interpretation.
• Administer contrast agents as needed in accordance with Connecticut state regulations for RTs.
• Educate and prepare patients for MRI procedures while ensuring comfort and safety.
• Verify physician orders and complete accurate electronic health records.
• Collaborate with radiologists, technologists, and support staff to optimize workflow and patient care.
• Maintain compliance with all hospital, state, and federal regulatory requirements.
