Job summary

Nemours Children's Health in Wilmington, Delaware seeks an MRI Technologist (Full-Time) to perform magnetic resonance imaging studies and provide total patient care in a safe, friendly environment.

The role requires operating Siemens and GE MRI scanners, administering contrast, preparing patients, and ensuring image quality for radiologists. Evening/weekend shifts with on-call flexibility and a $10,000 sign-on bonus are offered along with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• MRI technologist registration or eligibility with ARRT/ARMIT/CAMRT.
• Must have ARRT MRI certification or obtain within 18 months of hire.
• Aliied health degree with MRI board certification within 18 months of hire.
• Graduate MRI program with registry eligibility (ARRT/ARDMS/NMTCB) within 90 days.

Responsibilities

• Perform MRI studies with total patient care in a safe environment.
• Administer and document contrast per protocol; monitor for reactions.
• Explain procedures and prepare patients for examinations.
• Maintain image quality and coordinate with radiologists to ensure accurate reads.
• Support training of new personnel and participate in quality improvement.
