Akumin is hiring an MRI Technologist for our Michigan location. The role involves ensuring patient safety, producing high quality diagnostic MRI images, and coordinating with radiologists to deliver accurate imaging results.

You will train new technologists as needed, maintain equipment, and support daily operations in a fast-paced outpatient setting. The ideal candidate is ARRT-registered (or equivalent), CPR certified, with a high school diploma and drive for patient-centered care.

Formación

• High School Diploma or Equivalent Experience.
• Registered Technologist by ARRT/NMTCB/ARDMS as required.
• CPR certification for mid-day moves.
• Active state driver’s license.

Responsabilidades

• Ensure patient safety and pre-screen for contraindications.
• Produce high quality diagnostic MRI images.
• Order supplies, clean unit, assist with patient transport daily.
• Communicate effectively with patients and radiologists.
• Train new technologists and/or PCs.
