Northwest Hospital, part of LifeBridge Health, seeks an MRI Technologist to perform MRI procedures at an experienced level with minimal supervision and to support department operations with a focus on patient safety.
You will maintain proficiency on MRI equipment, deliver excellent customer service, and uphold the CARE values of Innovation, Compassion, Accountability and Teamwork in daily practice.
Summary:
Performs MRI procedures at a highly experienced level without direct supervision. Performs a variety of support duties to assure smooth operations of the department. Performs MRI exams using prescribed techniques, maintains proficiency on all related equipment. Provides excellent customer support by demonstrating the Northwest values of Innovation, Compassion, Accountability and Teamwork. Performs all job duties with a focus on safety for the patient, self and co-workers.
Formal working knowledge; equivalent to an Associate's degree (2 years college); requires knowledge of a specialized field. Graduate from an AMA approved school of Radiologic Technology. Radiologic technology training in an AMA approved school. 1-3 years of experience. ARRT registered. American Heart Association CPR Certification, CMRT within 12 months of hire.
