The community you’ll be caring for: AdventHealth Winter Park

• Winter Park Memorial Hospital has served the residents of Winter Park and surrounding communities for over 50 years.
• Founded in 1951, the hospital has grown into a 307-bed acute care facility, offering community-focused health and wellness services.
• It has expanded over the years to include obstetrics, Level II Neonatal Intensive Care Unit, cancer care at the AdventHealth Cancer Institute, and advanced surgery, recovery, and rehabilitation services at the AdventHealth Orthopedic Institute.

The role you’ll contribute:

The MRI technologist operates under the supervision of the lead technologist, supervisor, manager, director of special imaging, and radiologist. Responsibilities include imaging neuro and body scans across all age groups, following age-specific guidelines, transmitting images for diagnosis, and maintaining the hospital computer system. The technologist also participates in providing outstanding customer service and maintains respectful relationships with patients and staff.

• Operates all equipment safely, including scanners, injectors, and monitors, adapting protocols as needed for patients of all ages.
