Montefiore Medical Center in Bronx, NY is seeking an MRI Technologist to perform MRI procedures under radiologist direction. The role requires independent judgment to apply imaging protocols and ensure high-quality scans for diagnosis.
Responsibilities include patient data entry in Epic, setting up patients, acquiring scout images, assisting radiologists during procedures, activating injectors when needed, and maintaining documentation and safety standards. Evening shift with 7.5 scheduled hours.

Under the direction of radiologist, performs MRI Procedures at a technical level not requiring constant supervision of technical detail.
Performs a variety of technical procedures that will require independent judgement, with ingenuity and initiative to apply prescribed ionizing radiation for imaging diagnosis.
Assumes responsibility for designated areas or procedures as required.
