Job summary

CARIN Alliance is seeking an MRI Technologist to perform magnetic resonance imaging procedures in line with organizational standards and policies. You will review histories, educate patients about procedures, and run imaging with careful attention to safety and quality control.

Ideal candidates are ARRT MR certified, graduated from an accredited Radiologic Technologist program, and hold current BLS certification. Registry eligibility must be completed within 12 months.

Qualifications

  • Certified in ARRT MR and registered Radiologic Technologist.
  • Graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technologist program; registry eligible candidates must complete certification within 12 months.
  • Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.

Responsibilities

  • Review patient history and physician orders; schedule and educate patients about procedures.
  • Prepare and administer contrast media or medications within scope of practice.
  • Monitor patient condition, troubleshoot equipment, and ensure safety and quality control.
  • Position patients, execute imaging procedures, analyze results, and address image quality issues.
  • Report scan results and maintain accurate documentation.

Role Overview
