Job summary

Proforma Health is seeking a full-time Registered MRI Technologist to perform diagnostic imaging with independence and patient safety in Georgia. You will prepare and position patients, acquire quality images, and ensure patient comfort and privacy.

• Responsibilities include: preparing and positioning patients, obtaining quality images, administering contrast media safely, responding to emergencies, and ensuring patient comfort and privacy.
• Operates MRI equipment, maintains a clean and safe environment, and performs routine clerical tasks such as patient transport and documentation.
• Ensures images are properly stored and transmitted, follows quality control protocols, and adheres to regulatory standards.
• Provides patient education, explains procedures clearly, and supports team training and collaboration.

Qualifications include a certified MRI technologist credential (ARRT or equivalent), BLS certification, and a minimum of 1 year clinical experience.

• Must possess excellent communication, customer service, and multitasking skills in a fast-paced environment.
• Demonstrates knowledge of anatomy, pathology, and MRI safety protocols.
• Ability to troubleshoot equipment issues and maintain high standards of patient care and image quality.
