Job summary

Aura Health is seeking a Full-Time Registered MRI Technologist to perform high-quality MRI exams with independence and precision. The role emphasizes dependable, patient-centered care and strict adherence to safety protocols.

You will prepare patients, obtain histories, review images for quality, and operate MRI equipment while maintaining a safe environment and supporting department operations.

Qualifications

• Accredited MRI program or ARRT-R certification required.
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• At least 1 year of clinical MRI experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Obtain clinical histories, administer contrast media, verify patient identity, and review images for quality.
• Operate and maintain MRI equipment in accordance with safety standards.
• Provide patient transport and handle clerical tasks as needed; support department operations.

Job description

The role is for a Full-Time Registered MRI Technologist responsible for performing high-quality MRI exams with independence and precision.

They must be dependable, flexible, and committed to patient safety, providing age-appropriate care, preparing patients, and ensuring accurate imaging results.

Key duties include

• obtaining clinical histories, administering contrast media, verifying patient identity, and reviewing images for quality

and

• operating and maintaining MRI equipment in accordance with safety and infection control standards

Qualifications include

• successful completion of an accredited MRI program or ARRT-R certification

and

• current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.

Candidates should have at least

• 1 year of clinical experience, preferably in MRI
