Job summary

Mercy is seeking an MRI imaging professional to join our on-site team in Rogers, AR. The role requires an accredited imaging program graduate with MR certification or ARMRIT and BLS, plus at least one year of relevant experience.

Strong patient communication and collaboration with physicians and nurses are essential to deliver high-quality diagnostic imaging. You will operate imaging equipment, explain procedures, and support patients throughout the imaging process in a fast-paced, team-based

Experience: 1 year of relevant experience

Licensure: State licensure may be required depending on the specific state of practice.

Certification/Registration: ARRT(MR) or ARMRIT; BLS Basic Life Support

• Proficiency in operating imaging equipment and using imaging software to acquire high-quality diagnostic images.
• Skilled in effectively communicating with patients, explaining procedures, addressing concerns, and providing emotional support.
• Ability to communicate and work effectively within a healthcare team, collaborating with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare staff to ensure optimal patient care and outcomes.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow complex instructions.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Physical Requirements:

* Position requires the ability to push, pull, and/or lift 50 lbs. on a regular basis.

* Position requires prolonged standing and walking during each shift.

* Position requires the ability to grip, reach, bend, kneel, twist, and squat to perform duties.
