Overview

Pride Health is hiring for an MRI Technologist to support a medical facility based in Burlington, NC. This is a travel contract opportunity.

Base pay range: $60.00/hr - $65.00/hr

Responsibilities

• Perform MRI scans for adult and geriatric patients across multiple acute care settings, including ICU, outpatient, and trauma.
• Conduct imaging procedures such as abdomen, abdominal MRA/MRV, MRCP, brain, cervical, chest, cranial nerves, face/neck tissues, pelvis, spine, shoulder, hip, extremities, and head MRA/MRV.
• Utilize Siemens MRI systems and PACS, applying techniques such as Gradient Echo Imaging, Spin Echo, MIP, T1/T2 weighted images, and MRP.
• Prepare and administer contrast media, start peripheral IVs, and follow isolation precautions as required.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, document in EPIC EMR, and maintain compliance with hospital protocols.

Qualifications

• Education: Completion of an accredited MRI or Radiologic Technology program with verification.
• Certification: ARMRIT or ARRT (MR) required, BLS.
• Experience: Minimum 1 year MRI experience in adult acute care, ICU, outpatient, or trauma settings. Pediatric acute care preferred.
• Skills: EPIC experience, Siemens MRI proficiency, advanced imaging procedures, patient care skills, and flexibility with night shifts.

• Schedule: Night Shift – 4x9.5 Hours, Monday–Thursday, 10:00 PM – 7:30 AM. No weekends or call required.
• Pay: $60 - $65 per hour. Offered pay rate based on education, experience, and healthcare credentials.
