Overview

GHR Healthcare is seeking a qualified MRI Technologist to assist a premier Hospital System in New York, NY. This is a full-time contract with the option to extend. Pay ranges are provided and may vary by location and candidate experience.

Base pay range

$77.00/hr - $79.00/hr

Schedule:

• 40 hours per week (every weekend) OFF Mondays and Fridays
• 13-week contract with option to extend

Responsibilities:

• Performs and assists with MRI examinations and procedures under the direction of a Radiologist to produce exams used in medical diagnosis to locate injuries, foreign bodies, pathological conditions, or lesions within the body.
• Follows established policies, procedures, exam protocols and regulations to promote patient safety and ensure a safe working environment in both modalities.
• Works in conjunction with the Sedation and Anesthesia departments to facilitate and ensure timely placement of add-on/start/urgent examinations.
• Assures customer satisfaction (interdepartmental, community and patient/family) with services.
• Evaluates MRI images for technical quality.

Local Pay: $77-$79 per hour

Travel Pay: $3,504 GROSS
