Responsibilities include:

1. Performing MRI procedures in accordance with physician orders and departmental guidelines, ensuring patient safety and accurate documentation.
2. Interacting with patients to explain procedures, respond to concerns, and maintain a welcoming environment.
3. Maintaining equipment knowledge, verifying image transfer and storage, and ensuring all documentation is complete.
4. Communicating effectively with supervisors and team members, reporting issues, and supporting team efforts.
5. Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Vocational or technical training from an accredited radiologic technology program.
• 0-2 years of MRI experience (1 year preferred).
• ARRT MRI certification (preferred upon hire).
• BLS certification required upon hire.

Physical Demands:

• Medium work, lifting up to 32 lbs. occasionally and 25 lbs. frequently.
• Full-time, night shifts, with call and holiday rotations.

Compensation and Benefits:

• Hourly pay range: $39.07 - $54.90, depending on experience and other factors.
• Sign-on bonus of $7,500 for eligible external candidates.
