The Center for Image Acquisition (CIA) houses two of the most advanced MRI scanners in the world. As part of the USC Stevens Neuroimaging & Informatics Institute, these scanners enable cutting-edge levels of spatial and temporal resolution in images of the living human brain. The CIA is housed in a newly built facility designed for the Siemens 3T Prisma and Siemens 7T Terra MRI scanners, and is attached to the main building that houses the Institute's data center.
