Akumin is seeking an MRI Technologist to join our outpatient imaging team. You will ensure patient safety, perform high-quality MR studies on site and/or remote, and communicate effectively with radiologists, colleagues, and patients.
Requirements include ARRT MR or ARMRIT certification, CPR, and state license if applicable; you may train others and travel to multiple locations as needed. A $5,000 sign-on bonus is offered.
$5,000 Sign On Bonus As an MRI Technologist, you are responsible for patient safety and the performance of high-quality MR studies, on site and/ or remote. Ensures effective communication with Radiologist, team members, patients, and customers for those who work in the mobile environment. When required, trains, and orients new technologists, Patient Coordinators and/or MR Technologist Assistants.

The estimated hourly pay range for this role in New York is $29.90- $53.60 per hour. Actual compensation depends on experience, skills, location, and other factors such as internal equity and budget.
