Job summary

TalentBurst is seeking an MRI Technologist for a 13-week onsite assignment in Columbus, OH. Night shift 18:00–6:30, 3x12 hours, with every 3rd weekend and holidays as assigned. • Experience with Siemens scanners.

• BLS certification.
• Cardiac experience is a major plus.
• IV starts experience strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform MRI procedures on night shift (3x12 hours).
• Handle call duties: 3 weekday day shifts per month and 1 weekend call every 12 weeks.

Night Shift 12 hours/day 3 days/week

Title: MRI Technologist
Location: Columbus OH
Duration: 13 Weeks
Shift: Night (3x12 Hours) 18:00 6:30

Traveler's permanent address must be greater than 100 miles from the most central facility

Position: MRI Technologist

• Shift: 3x12's Nights (1800-0630); every 3rd weekend; holidays as assigned
• Call: 3 weekday day shifts per month and 1 weekend call every 12 weeks

Minimum Requirements (4043)

• Minimum of 2 years of experience for travelers (will review travelers with 1.5yrs if strong Level I/large hospital experience)
• Must have experience with Siemens scanners
• ARRT – American Registry or Radiologic Technologists or NMTCB Nuclear Medicine Technology Certification Board
• BLS Certification
• Cardiac Experience is a major plus
• Experience with IV Starts strongly preferred for this role

Facility Info:

Unit has (2) 1.5T Siemen's Aera scanners. We perform neuro, MSK and abdominal scans. "Specialty " exams include breasts, enterography and patients with pacemakers. We do not perform cardiac, prostate, CSF flow studies or MSA extremities. We have an MRI safe ventilator (stored in ICU) & an MRI safe IVAC along with MRI safe monitoring equipment. ICU patients are scanned regularly. We do not perform conscious sedation. EPIC EMR, charcoal grey scrubs.
