Job Summary and Qualifications
  • Performs high-quality MRI scans on all ages under Radiologist supervision.
  • Maintains a safe, therapeutic diagnostic environment following safety guidelines.
  • Participates in departmental improvement activities.
Education/Experience
  • Graduate of AMA-approved radiology technology program.
  • ARRT certification.
  • MRI certification via ARRT required by December 31, 2012.
  • Current AHA or ARC BLS provider.
  • Cross-training under supervision if currently employed in a different modality; certification in an alternate modality within 6 months of training completion.
