Job summary

Golden State Orthopedics & Spine is seeking a Per-Diem Certified MRI Technologist to join our imaging team. You will operate MRI equipment to capture high-quality images and ensure patient safety within a collaborative environment.

Responsibilities include evaluating scans for technical quality, assembling images in sequence, and monitoring patient well-being during exams. ARRT or ARMRIT certification with CRT is required; high school diploma or equivalent preferred.

• ARRT or ARMRIT certification and CRT required.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

• Evaluate scans for technical quality, collate images in exposure sequence, ensure proper identification.
• Provide a safe environment for all personnel and patients around the MRI unit.
• Monitor patient well-being during exams and respond to any discomfort or medical problems.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

About the Role

• We are looking for a Per-Diem Certified MRI Technologist to join our team

What You'll Do

• Operating imaging and related equipment to provide high quality MRI images
• Evaluating scans for technical quality, collate processed images in sequence of exposure, and assure proper identification
• Providing a safe environment for all personnel and patients in relationship to the MRI unit
• Monitoring patient's well being during exams; recognizing patient discomfort or medical problems and taking appropriate action
• Additional duties as assigned

Education:

• High school or equivalent (Preferred)

License/Certification:

• ARRT or ARMRIT certification and CRT
