Job Description - MRI Tech Float EAST PRN (250005DG)

As an MRI Tech Float at EAST PRN (250005DG), you will operate MRI scanners to produce high-quality images for accurate diagnoses. You will interact directly with patients, ensuring their comfort and explaining procedures. Your role involves organizing, maintaining technical skills, and collaborating with healthcare professionals to support patient care.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Perform MRI scans as directed by radiologists.
  2. Provide compassionate, age-specific patient care from neonates to geriatrics.
  3. Answer phones, schedule appointments, and coordinate patient requests.
  4. Maintain a safe, clean, and compliant environment.
  5. Stay current with technical skills and hospital policies.
  6. Build positive relationships with patients and staff.
  7. Support self-development and contribute to a learning environment.
  8. Implement special procedure technology efficiently.
  9. Use administrative skills to aid department operations.
  10. Collaborate effectively with team members and clinical staff.

Additional Responsibilities

  1. Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications
