Job summary

Asante in Medford, Oregon is seeking a full-time MRI Technologist for the 3rd shift—nights. The role involves operating MRI equipment to produce diagnostic images and adhering to department protocols to ensure patient care.

• BLS: Basic Life Support for Healthcare Provider required upon start.

Position Details

FTE: 1.0 | Full Time | 3rd Shift - Nights

Salary Range: $45.26 - $62.24

Shift Differentials

• $2.02 extra for working between 3:00pm - 11:00pm
• $4.50 extra for working between 11:01pm and 7:00am
• $1.87 extra for working weekends

Responsibilities

Our MRI Techs perform diagnostic imaging studies as directed and work in accordance with the policies of Asante and state laws. Responsibilities include operating MRI equipment to produce clinical diagnostic images as directed by physicians, performing all diagnostic procedures per department protocols, and ensuring patient/visitor comfort and safety during examinations.

Qualifications

• Licensed in Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI) by the Oregon Board of Medical Imaging (OBMI) with certification in Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI) by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT), or with certification in Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI) by the American Registry of Magnetic Resonance Imaging Technologists (ARMRIT) is required.
• If the license by the Oregon Board of Medical Imaging (OBMI) is in transition of renewal, the certification part of the license may need to be verified by the appropriate national agency: ARRT, ARDMS, ARMRIT, CCI or NMTCB.
• BLS: Basic Life Support for the Healthcare Provider certified through the American Heart Association (AHA) required upon start.
